Chloe Conversations

It's been awhile since I've blogged about some of the adorable things Chloe Mae has been saying, so here we go...

1. Right now she is constantly asking "why?" and "mommy whats that?" She is very curious. 

2. Last week we were making brownies and she tasted the batter, first time tasting brownie batter, and she says "wow!!" I wish I could have recorded it, it was the way she said it, experiencing something new and amazing, so cute. 

3. Everything is "my try" or "I do!"

4. One of my favorites, we have been talking about how she is going to have a baby brother or sister. She will take her baby doll and say "this is my baby sister". It just melts my heart. She rocks it and loves on it. 

5. This girl loves snow. Ever since March she has been asking for snow. I try to explain it's too hot, but a few times a week she still wants snow.

I really love this age. Even though she knows what she wants, her verbal skills have really come a long way and I love hearing all the new stuff she comes up with. 

Chloe Conversations

Time for another installment of Chloe Conversations! 

The other day we were playing in the front yard and Chloe found a stick. She was playing with it and having such a great time. She knows across the street our neighbors have a baby who she loves saying hi to. Their car rolls up and she knows the baby is inside. She starts yelling "Hey baby! I got a stick!" You probably had to be there to appreciate how funny it was, but it was hilarious. She kept saying "Hey baby! I got a stick!" She was so excited about that stick. 

Some other cute things she is saying:

Horses are called neigh neighs.

She calls her back pack her pack pack. 

Pizza is always said with an exclamation point, Pizza!!!!!!

Love to see how her language is developing. She knows almost all of her colors, but sometimes she mixes up purple with blue. Everyday she says a new word, and she repeats almost everything we say. 

Chloe Conversations

Some fun things Chloe has been saying...

She loves singing "Happy!" They must sing the happy and you know it song at the Y, because she requests I sing it all the time. She loves singing along and clapping her hands. 

Last night she said "Pizza!" for the first time. She says it with such enthusiasm now. I need to take a video to do it justice cause it's too cute.

She loves saying "Hi" and "Bye" to inanimate objects. When we leave the park she says "Bye Park!" When a truck goes down the street she says "Hi Truck!" then "Bye Truck!" It's so adorable.

Chloe Conversations

Since I started blogging years ago I've always read cute posts about funny things people's children say. And since Chloe is getting to be chatty, well chatty in the sense she is saying more real words, I thought I should start documenting some of my favorite cute things she says. So here goes the first installment of Chloe conversations!

We were watching Daniel Tiger after dinner tonight and I realized Chloe had had a bowel movement. I asked "Chloe did you go poopy?" I see her thinking and I know she hates diaper changes so she points to her cat stuffed animal and says "the cat, she poopy."

Trying to blame it on the cat, well played Chloe, well played.
